Well, today topped off the totally awesome weekend.We woke up at about 11 am this morning and did our thing (yes, Tom, it was all very organic ... you happy now? :P) before we went to Indooroopilly Shoppping Centre to pick up my new shoes. Of course the shopping didn't stop there. I couldn't help picking up a red jumper at Myer as well (I've recently become obsessed with this new line of clothing called Guard, which is one of Canterbury's lines). We had a very therapeutic day yesterday. After we woke up at 11:30 am, we had our usual coffee and chocolate to wake us up. Somehow that devolved to Sam chasing me around the kitchen (yes, apparently, we are reverting back to being children :P), until I ran into the bedroom and he caught me and threw me down onto the bed. So, I decided to re-install Windows. No, before you think "Ahh, typical Microsoft software", keep in mind that I've been running this installation of Windows Server 2003 without an issue for the past 3 years. Not only has it been webserver, email server, file server, but also multimedia centre, games console, and workbench. And never crashed. the first day of filming turned out to be every bit as scary as i imagined it to be. so much in fact that at one point i actually wondered what i had gotten myself into. that thought came to me as i was staring down the barrel of a camera, about to have an onscreen meltdown.doing our first lot of episode shoots over the weekend made me realise that there's so much more to tv presenting and making a tv show than i had originally expected, even though i already knew that it wasn't going to be merely ...
