After much vacillating, I finally enrolled to go back to university and add another degree to my years of ambivalent study. Derby season officially opened last night, coincidentally the game was between the two teams that I have left in my chibi artwork, the Manhattan Mayhem and the Queens of Pain. Queens was the season champs in both 2005 and 2006 and they barely missed being champs in 2008, so obviously a strong team. Manhattan is... well... not. I hate when I run out of everything. I drove around all weekend marking items off my list, filling my trunk and watching my bank account dwindle. Super fun! All of it was necessary stuff. I had a meeting earlier today (actually, some meeting every day from today through Wednesday,) but I was able to get over to Mom's for dinner. She was having some computer problems, so I took care of that.  We also talked about setting up a web site for the North Coast Sewing Guild that she is currently the president for, and I helped her set up a blog.
