It's a documentary about the Bush Administration's "conduct" of the Iraq war and its occupation of the country. More precisely, it details how our corrupt, vile, slithering government literally enabled and guaranteed the complete and total failure of the rebuilding of Iraq. I thought I knew a lot about this whole mess, but I learned a lot more from watching this film. I strongly recommend it.
