Here's a wacky idea: rather than coming up with ways to selectively apply a flawed policy, why not not just worth with Congress to get it repealed, as was promised during the campaign?? It's a bad law that costs the military valuable personnel at a time when we are strained. Coming up with a more "humane" way of enforcing the policy is like coming up with a more "humane" way of beating your dog. Two days before suffering a cardiac arrest, Michael Jackson goes through a run-through during his final concert rehearsal at the Staples Center on Tuesday (June 23) in Los Angeles.
The 50-year-old entertainer was rehearsing for his planned shows in London. After going into cardiac arrest on June 25, Michael died two days later at the age of 50 at UCLA Medical Center.
This concert looks like it would have been amazing. We’ll miss you, Michael!

I'm sitting here relaxing a bit - finally able to take a breath.Had a bit of a hassle when I went to the prison last night - and I only got to see the D-Man for about 5 minutes. Frisking is not all it's made out to be... (visits are supposed to be a half hour long - I suppose if you don't happen to be wearing a hat, bandanna and a tie-dye.)At least he got to see his daughter. We’ve just learned Michael Jackson has died. He was 50.
Michael suffered a cardiac arrest earlier this afternoon at his Holmby Hills home and paramedics were unable to revive him. We’re told when paramedics arrived Jackson had no pulse and they never got a pulse back.
A source tells us Jackson was dead when paramedics arrived. A cardiologist at UCLA tells TMZ Jackson died of cardiac arrest.
Once at the hospital, the staff tried to resuscitate him but he was completely unresponsive.
We’re told one of the staff members at Jackson’s home called 911.

The singer stopped breathing and collapsed at his home in Los Angeles.
Paramedics failed to revive the 50 year-old and he was pronounced dead at hospital, according to medical sources in the city and family friends.
