It was just this morning when we reported that Moldova was about to witness its very first Gay Pride parade n Chisinau, the nation’s capital. Now we find that the mayor of Chisinau has banned the parade just two days before it was to take place. GenderDoc-M, the group that is organizing the parade, says that the mayor has no power to ban the march under a new Moldovan law on public manifestations.
