Clubfeet’s Gold on Gold is perhaps one of the best albums out of Australia in the past six months. Easily. And it’s refreshing in that it’s not a total Modular derivative. Clubfeet’s LP is drenched in so many smart pop choices throughout the entire album that you quickly forget that this is a debut. “Teenage Suicide” is an odd track — kinda catchy.
