That crafty Improv Everywhere bunch of agents recently reprised a prank from back in 2003, which involved throwing a birthday party for a random stranger in a bar, where 30 Improv agents show up with real presents and fictional backstories. It's called "Ted's Birthday." This year's "Ted" really got into the event, even talking with his "ex-girlfriend" about maybe getting back together. Pretty funny. Do try this one at home, kids.
