I am trying to keep a stiff upper lip, but I am having some difficulty with a group of folks with some rather severe control issues (in my opinion.) While discussing a topic via email, this person (whom I have come to refer to internally as Locutus) actually said something to the effect of "how can we make progress if everyone continues doing their own thing?" How simply rude of me to not happily be assimilated into the collective!
