This morning we got up fairly early for a Saturday because a very important event was taking place downtown, a rally against the passing of Proposition 8. All over the US and various Cities around the world Rallies took place to protest the passing of Proposition 8 in California recently.  Prop 8 takes away the equal rights of LGBT people to marry each other in that State.  This is a vile piece of legislation that takes the US one step back into the dark ages.  See Join The Impact for more information on events that took place today.
